To make the planning process easier, I’ve created a list of Preferred Vendors I know and trust — talented professionals I’ve worked alongside who consistently show up with skill, heart, and attention to detail. Each of these vendors shares the same commitment to quality and care, and I’m confident they’ll help create a day that feels seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable.

For weddings that are longer than 4 hours of coverage, I also work with two incredible photographers as my second photographer: Shaun Samuels and Carina Mendoza. One (or both) may join me on your wedding day to ensure every moment is captured from multiple angles — so nothing gets missed.

I’m Stephanie Ferrari, lead photographer and owner of Stephanie Ferrari Photography, and I’ll be your primary photographer from start to finish—guiding you through the process, capturing the big moments, and preserving all the meaningful in-between details. Joining me will be one or both of my trusted second photographers, Shaun Samuels and Carina Mendoza.

Shaun and Carina have been thoughtfully selected not only for their technical skill, but for their shared aesthetic, professionalism, and ability to anticipate moments as they unfold.
